Job Title:        Marketing Executive

Location:        Inpost UK, Camden

Reporting to:  Marketing Manager


Purposes of the job

The role will be to support the Marketing Manager in delivering the Marketing strategy for InPost UK, driving clear customer communication across all channels.

You’ll manage brand communications and promotions end-to-end, ensuring effective clear communication is delivered.


Key Performance Areas

  • Working with the Marketing Manager plan and execute brand communications objectives to support the roll out and development of the business 
  • Plan and work closely with Retail Partners to optimize and champion our brand/service across their websites, check-out, email and social channels to increase conversion rates
  • Plan and manage the Social Media calendar and publishing for channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Blogging (WordPress - article writing, editing and promoting)
  • Organise and deliver appropriate and timely events and activities and evaluate the success e.g. printed brochures, leaflets, gifts
  • Establish and build good working relationships with Retail Partners and B2B clients whilst acting as brand guardian 
  • Provide reporting and analysis on performance to improve ROI
  • Continuously propose improvements to the e-Commerce usability, process and functionalities based on customer input, analysis of metrics, changing product features and market dynamics 
  • Coordinate agency/subcontractor work for the UK marketing team
  • Support paid media management; Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads
  • Work with the International Marketing Team as required and search for synergies on an international level
  • Support the Commercial and Operations team with marketing communications
  • Assist in conducting market research to keep abreast of trends and any changes in the industry




  • Bachelor level
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and team player
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to problem solve and manage time effectively
  • Self-starter adept at managing multiple projects in a very fast paced environment
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience


Desired knowledge

  • Multichannel retail marketing experience/and or e-commerce
  • Understanding of Social Media landscape and proven experience
  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • CMS experience - ideally WordPress
  • CRM experience - ideally Salesforce
  • SEO and Google Analytics
