Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes
Reporting to: Strategic Account Director & Sales Director
Purposes of the job
To provide sales administrative support to the Sales team. Contacting potential clients by telephone or written correspondence including appointment making and undertaking research.
Key Performance Areas
- Undertake research on potential clients and sectors for Inpost
- Undertake lead generation activities to qualify potential clients
- Contact leads to make appointments on behalf of the Sales team.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and send out to clients.
- Chase clients in completion of sales contracts if necessary.
- Coordinate the delivery of the on-boarding document ensuring all relevant parties have received this and have the appropriate information.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a Sales administrative/lead generation environment.
- Be a proactive individual with a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and must confident in communicating with customers in all available forms.
- Must be willing to undertake lead generation activities
- An eye for detail is essential.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel is essential.
- Excellent administration skills.
