N Brown Group makes returns more convenient for shoppers with InPost

InPost, the innovative send, collect and return parcel locker service, has announced a new partnership with leading online and catalogue home shopping company, N Brown Group, whose brands include Simply Be, Figleaves, Jacamo and JD Williams. As of today, shoppers for JD Williams will be able to return unwanted purchases via InPost’s national network of fully automated, 24/7 parcel lockers making for a more efficient, flexible and convenient experience. The service will be rolled out across the N Brown Group portfolio in the coming weeks.

Lockers the key to help logistics operators keep pace with growth in e-commerce

Ian Caminsky, the recently appointed UK chief executive of Polish courier and e-commerce fulfilment company InPost, told The Loadstar that delivery lockers – where deliveries of e-commerce goods can be made or consumers can place goods to be returned – would reduce the large number of delivery failures to consumers’ homes as well as offering carriers opportunities to consolidate delivery runs.
