This Transparency Report provides an overview of the Notice and Action process under the EU Digital Services Act (“DSA”) for the period above. Our company remains committed to providing a safe and compliant platform for our users, and to maintain transparency about our content moderation practices.
1. Introduction
InPost Distribution Limited is a hosting service that offers a platform (“i-Menzies”) to retail customers in the UK and Ireland for managing newspaper and magazine orders for their stores. We take our responsibility to comply with the EU DSA and other applicable laws seriously.
Throughout 2024, our platform has not received any notices of illegal content nor taken any action to remove or restrict access to illegal material. We remain committed to acting promptly if any such content is reported in the future.

Maintaining a policy to act against any illegal content reported to use ensuring swift response and action, where required
Keeping records of any action taken and providing transparency reports annually to comply with DSA requirements.

If any illegal content is ever reported to us in the future, we will act promptly and in line with our Notice and Action policy.
Additionally, we will maintain and publish transparency reports on an annual basis to ensure ongoing compliance and transparency.
