How to return PLT
Code it
Go to the PLT returns portal and create your return. Choose InPost as your drop-off option and you will receive a returns QR code.
Scan it
Head down to your local lockers, scan your QR code to open one and pop your Pretty Little Thing return inside
Track it
We’ll collect your parcel, stick on an PLT returns label and return it back to PLT – and you can track it every step of the way. Check out the PLT return policy for info on refunds.
