Lock(er) the boat

19 Aug 2026

We’ve officially hit 16,000 InPost Lockers across the UK. 🎉

Yep. Sixteen. Thousand.

That’s 16,000 places to collect, send and return your parcels, from your local supermarket to the station you pass every day.

And considering we only just celebrated hitting 15,000… well, we’re clearly on a roll. A lock(er) and roll if you will.

16,000 lockers. And we’re not stopping.

One thousand new lockers since our last milestone means even more places to get your parcel sorted.

More lockers near home.  More lockers on your commute.  More lockers by the shops you already visit.  More opportunities to say goodbye to waiting in for a parcel.

Basically, the locker life just got a whole lot bigger.

And while we could spend all day talking about a very large number of lockers (16,000 is pretty fun to say), there’s something much more important behind it.

You.

Every parcel you’ve sent.  Every parcel you’ve collected.  Every return you’ve dropped off.

You’ve helped us get here.

So, first things first…

Thank you 💛

16,000 lockers is a big deal.

But it’s what those lockers mean for millions of people across the UK that really matters.

More choice. More flexibility. More ways to fit parcels around your day.

And, naturally, fewer moments spent wondering whether you can nip out for five minutes without the courier appearing at exactly that moment.

The locker network is on a roll

From train stations and supermarkets to petrol stations and retail parks, InPost Lockers are popping up in more places across the UK.

And that means more opportunities to make parcel admin fit around your plans.

Going to the gym? Parcel sorted.

Doing the weekly shop? Parcel sorted.

Catching the train? Parcel sorted.

Already walking past a locker every day? Well… that feels like a sign.

With 24/7 access at most locations, you can collect, send or return when it suits you.

No waiting in. No rushing home. No rearranging your day around a delivery.

Just grab your parcel and get on with it.

And yes, we’re still growing

Hitting 16,000 doesn’t mean we’re putting our feet up.

Quite the opposite.

As the network grows, we’re bringing InPost Lockers to even more communities and more of the places you already go.

That includes our battery-powered lockers, which are helping us unlock even more locations without needing to rely on a mains power connection.

So if you spot a new locker out in the wild, don’t be surprised.

We’re on a roll.

16,000 reasons to love the locker life

Okay, maybe we haven’t counted them individually.

But with 16,000 InPost Lockers across the UK, there are certainly more ways than ever to make parcels fit around your life.

So whether you’re sending something to a mate, collecting your latest delivery or finally getting around to that return…

There’s a good chance there’s an InPost Locker nearby.

And if 15,000 taught us anything, it’s this:

16,000 definitely won’t be the last milestone we celebrate.

So, here’s to the next one.

We’ll keep growing the network.

You keep locking it in.

Let’s see where we go next. 🚤
