Yodel has joined the InPost Group - this is why you might find yourself here!

What do changes mean for you?

New messaging

Your notifications will start coming from InPost. During the transition, you may receive updates from both Yodel by InPost and InPost. Don’t worry - this is temporary while we move everything across.

New delivery choices

If you’re a Yodel by InPost customer, say hello to InPost Lockers in your ‘Manage my parcel’ options! If your parcel qualifies, you’ll be able to redirect it to a Locker near you - perfect if you're not going to be home.

What’s staying the same  

Your Yodel by InPost home and store deliveries? Business as usual. Same friendly faces, same top-notch customer service, and the same tracking tools you already use. 

What do you need to do? 

Soon, Yodel by InPost web accounts will no longer be available

You’ll need to download the InPost app to keep your saved preferences and continue managing your parcels.

InPost

Yodel by InPost has joined the InPost family! This means InPost can now offer deliveries to lockers, shops, and homes - giving you more choice and flexibility over how you send and receive parcels. It’s faster, easier, and designed to work around you.

There’s no difference. InPost refers to these locations as InPost Shops, while Yodel by InPost call them Yodel Stores. They’re the same convenient places to drop off and collect your parcels.

Yes - Yodel Stores are still up and running! You can continue to send, collect, and return parcels there as usual.

Many of these locations also operate as InPost Shops, giving you even more flexibility. Just make sure to check with your sender which label or option you’ll need for your parcel, so everything goes smoothly - this info will all be shared through your email.

Yodel by InPost joined the InPost family in 2025, and services are now delivering as usual under the InPost brand.
