How to buy a digital label with InPost

You can buy a QR code in our app/web and send your parcel, no need to print. Then drop off your parcel at any InPost Locker or Shop, anytime, anywhere.

From your InPost Point to their locker or home address.

I've bought a digital label and my parcel doesn't fit

If your parcel doesn’t fit in the locker size you selected, please don’t try to force it in. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to end your session and cancel your label - we’ll automatically refund you for the unused label.

Once that’s done, you can buy a new label for the correct parcel size.

You can also cancel your label anytime in the app or by completing our contact form.

If you're sending a parcel to someone's locker or home address, you'll need to buy a QR code.

What size compartment should I use?

  • Extra small lockers (4cm x 23cm x 40cm) – Suits envelopes or bite-sized parcels (please note that not all our lockers have XS compartments)
  • Small lockers (8cm x 38cm x 64cm) – Perfect for items like sunglasses or small accessories

  • Medium lockers (19cm x 38cm x 64cm) – Great for shoes, cookbooks, or handbags

  • Large lockers (41cm x 38cm x 64cm) – Ideal for boots, sports equipment, or bulkier items

What if the compartment is the wrong size?

If the compartment size you selected is too big or too small, don’t worry - there’s no need to force your parcel to fit.

Simply close the compartment door without placing your parcel inside and tap 'My parcel doesn't fit' on the locker screen. You’ll then be able to choose a different compartment size.

Have you bought a label from InPost?

If you've bought a label, you'll need to cancel it either through the app or on our contact form, and purchase a new one with the correct size.
