Share as many details as you can so we can sort things out for you. If you bought your label through Vinted or a third party, reach out to them directly. Claims must be made within 30 days for damage, 14 days for undelivered but marked “delivered” parcels, and 7 days for lost parcels. If InPost is at fault and packaging rules are met, we’ll compensate up to £50 (excluding the purchase of additional coverage).
