Collecting a parcel 

1. Choose an InPost Locker when checking out online 

2. Get notified when your parcel arrives 

3. Head to the locker within 3 days 

4. Scan your code or open it via the InPost app (once you start remote opening, there's no going back)

5. Grab your parcel and go 

No queues. No waiting in. No awkward doorstep exchanges. 

Sending a parcel 

Sending is easy as pie. 

1. Buy a digital label online or in the app 

2. Head to any InPost Locker 

3. Scan your code 

4. Pop your parcel in a compartment 

Done. 

Your courier collects it later - and your parcel is on its way. 

Returning an item 

Let’s be honest. Online shopping is brilliant… but sometimes the vibe just isn’t right.
