Parcels should be for everyone. If you need a locker compartment that’s lower down, we've got you. That's why we've introduced Easy Access compartments: our way of making locker life a little more, well, accessible. 

Because sending and receiving parcels should be straightforward for every single person who uses our lockers. No awkward reaches. No asking a stranger for help. No faff. 

Pick up from a door that works for you 

When you're collecting an order from one of our lockers, you now have the option to request a lower compartment - all through the InPost app. It takes seconds, and it means your parcel will be waiting behind a door that works for you. 

We'll always do our best to make it happen. And if for any reason we can't get your parcel into an easy access compartment, we'll let you know at the time of delivery - so you're never left guessing.  

How to request an easy access compartment for collection 

Good news: it's a three-step situation. No lengthy forms, no phone calls, no hassle - just a couple of taps and you're sorted. 

1. Get the app  

First things first - download the InPost app. It's your one-stop-shop for tracking orders, managing deliveries, and accessing all our latest features (including this one). If you've already got it, you're ahead of the game. Try it today. 

2. Click into your parcel updates  

Once your order is on its way, head to your tracking page in the app. Tap on your order and you'll see the option to select "Request Easy Access". One tap. That's all it takes. 

3. Stay tuned  

We'll keep you in the loop. You'll get a notification letting you know whether we've successfully delivered your parcel to an easy access compartment - or if we weren't able to on this occasion. Either way, no surprises. 

Sending or returning? We've got you covered there too. 

Easy Access isn't just for collections - it works for drop-offs as well. Whether you're sending a parcel with InPost Send or dropping off a return, our locker screens will give you the option to request a lower compartment right there and then. 

If an easy access compartment is free, it's yours. Simply follow the on-screen prompts and you'll be dropping off at a door that suits you - no stretching, or tiptoeing required. 

It's a small thing that makes a big difference, and it's available at lockers across the UK.
