It’s party time! As we are (scarily) finding ourselves approaching the festive season yet again, you know the drill — the time has come to get your glad rags on.

2022 marked the return of socialising after two years of lockdowns and uncertainty. So with office parties and nights out with friends around the corner, many of us will be hitting the shops and scrolling online to find that perfectly fitting sparkly dress or gorgeous heels.

But whether you’re online shopping or hitting the high streets, there’s always a chance that you might need to return something. Sometimes those glitzy heels are pretty yet painful, or the oversized blazer doesn’t look how you expected it to. It’s at times like this that a quick and easy returns process is what you need. And if you are online shopping, that’s exactly where our parcel lockers come in!

Did you know that we have over 7,500 lockers across the UK?

We want to make life as easy as possible, which is why our parcel lockers can be found wherever you are - train stations, supermarkets, shopping centres and even petrol forecourts.

So, how can our parcel lockers make life easier for you when it comes to returning your online purchases? It’s simple:

  1. First, they are perfect for trip-twinning, meaning you can drop your returns off while you’re out and about — be it whilst meeting friends for a coffee, on your way home from work or whilst heading to the gym. This is great as it puts an end to you having to make additional trips just to wait in a queue to send your items back.
  2. And second, they’re open 24/7, providing you with the ultimate flexibility — particularly for shift workers or the night owls among us. Talk about convenience! From schuh and New Look to boohoo and Dune London— these are just a handful of the over 150 high street favourites we partner with.

And if you’ve never used a parcel locker before, here’s three easy steps to help you on your way:

  1. Head to the retailer’s online returns portal to book a return and generate a QR code
  2. Then, visit your nearest locker, scan the QR code and put the item in the locker (a digital receipt is available upon request)
  3. Once that’s done, the items will get picked up by the courier and returned to the retailer And you’re done!

So if you’ve bagged yourself a treat or three to keep your options open, why not give our lockers a go for anything you need to send back this festive season.
