InPost Distribution Notice and Action Policy

Introduction
At InPost Distribution Limited, we are committed to providing a safe and compliance platform for our users. As we conduct business in the Republic of Ireland, this Notice and Action Policy outlines the process by which users, authorities and third parties can report illegal content on our platform. We take all reports seriously and act in compliance with the EU’s Digital Services Act (“DSA”) (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC).
i-Menzies is a “Hosting Service” as defined by Article 3(g) of the DSA, as i-Menzies is an intermediary service that stores information provided by users at their request.
1. Reporting Illegal Content
Users or third parties may report any illegal content hosted on our i-Menzies platform. This includes, but is not limited to, content that:
Violates intellectual property rights
Contains harmful or defamatory material
Is in breach of applicable laws or regulations
2. How to Submit a Report
To report illegal content, please use the following channels:

Please provide the following information in your report:
Your contact details (for follow-up communication, where permitted);
The nature of the illegal content;
The specific location of the content (such as exact URL(s) or any other information enabling the identification of the illegal content);
A sufficiently substantiated explanation of the reasons why you believe the content is illegal.
3. Response to Reported Content
Upon receipt of a report, we will:
Acknowledge the report within 72 hours
Review the content in accordance with applicable law and our internal policies
If the content is found to be illegal, we will take appropriate action, including:
Removing the content
Suspending or restricting access, if necessary
Informing the user of the actions taken, including the reason for the removal or restriction
4. Compliance with the DSA
We comply with all obligations under the EU’s Digital Services Act applicable to our business offerings, including
Acting without undue delay to remove illegal content
Notifying users of the action taken, where applicable
Retaining necessary evidence of investigations if required by competent authorities.
5. Appeals
If you disagree with any action taken in response to your report, you may appeal by:

Providing a reasoned explanation for the appeal.
We will review the appeal and respond within 14 days following receipt of your correspondence.
