Terms and Conditions

1. Parties 

1.1      InPost UK Ltd (a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number  08090698) of Moray House, 23-35 Great Titchfield Street, London, United Kingdom, W1W 7PA (“InPost UK”)

1.2      The “Participant” is the individual who enters the free prize draw (the “Draw”) (“Participant” and “Participants” shall be read accordingly).

  2. How to Enter 

2.1      The Draw will run from 8am UK time 5th August 2026 (Opening Date) until 11.59pm UK time on 7th January 2027 (the “Closing Date”).

2.2      In order to enter the Draw, Participants must before the Closing Date: 7th  January 2027:

2.2.1          Submit your expression of interest to host an InPost Locker at https://inpost.co.uk/business/the-fa by 11:59pm UK time on 30th September 2026

2.2.2          Sign a contract to host an InPost Locker by 11:59pm UK time on 7th January 2027

2.3           By entering the draw, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility

3.1   The draw is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:

3.1.1             Employees of the InPost Group or its holding or subsidiary companies;

3.1.2            Employees of agents or suppliers of the InPost Group or its holding or subsidiary companies who are professionally connected with the draw or its administration; or 

3.1.3                        Members of the immediate families or households of 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 above. 

3.2           In entering the Draw, the Participant confirms they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize the Participant may win. InPost UK may require the Participant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Draw and certify all information provided to be true. 

3.3           InPost UK will not accept Draw entries that are, or are suspected to have been: 

3.3.1        automatically generated by computer; 

3.3.2        completed by third parties or in bulk; 

3.3.3        altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with; or 

3.3.4        incomplete. 

4. The Prize 

4.1      The Prize is 1 x visit from an England football legend to your football clubhouse or equivalent (which must be located in England) for up to one hour. The identity of the England legend will be confirmed closer to the date, and is subject to availability.

4.2      Prizes are subject to availability, in respect of which InPost UK reserves the right and discretion to substitute any Prize with another prize (of equivalent value where possible). 

4.3      The Prizes are not negotiable, exchangeable, or transferable and may not be exchanged for any cash alternative. 

  5. Prize Winner  

5.1     InPost UK will contact the winning Participants personally as soon as practicable after the Closing Date, using the Participants’ email address.

5.2     To claim the Prize, the winner must provide the InPost with the following information: 

5.2.1         full name; 

5.2.2         home address; 

5.2.3         phone number; 

5.2.4         date of birth; and 

5.2.5         email address. 

5.3      If the Participant objects to any or all of their surname, country and winning entry or score or their name or nickname being published or made available (including on InPost UK’s social media accounts), please contact InPost UK at [email protected]. 

6. Claiming the Prize 

6.1      The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the Participant’s behalf. 

6.2      InPost UK will make all reasonable efforts to contact winners. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their Prize, InPost UK reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date. 

6.3      InPost UK does not accept any responsibility if a winning Participant is not able to receive the Prize. 

7. Data Protection 

InPost UK will process the Participant’s personal information as set out at https://inpost.co.uk/privacy-policy.

8. Limitation of liability 

8.1          Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit InPost UK's liability for:

8.1.1      death or personal injury caused by its negligence;

8.1.2      fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

8.1.3      any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law. 

8.2          Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, InPost UK, its agents and distributors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of participating in the Draw or accepting a prize.

8.3          Nothing in these Terms affects a Participant's statutory rights.

9. General 

9.1          If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the Instagram handle, email address or postal address you provided to us. 

9.2         When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails. 

9.3         If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, InPost UK reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you from participating in the Draw. 

9.4          InPost UK reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. This Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter or any other social media platform.
