What happens if I don’t collect my parcel in time?
We'll always let you know how much time you have to grab your parcels, and send you some handy reminders - especially when there is 24 hours left. If it’s not collected in time, it will be returned to the sender.
If you can’t make it, you can share your collection code with someone you trust to pick it up for you.
Refunds (if applicable) are handled by the retailer or marketplace, so you’ll need to contact them directly.
