Eligibility

  • This Promotion is open to all persons aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants, and its decision is final with regards to the validity of use of the offer in cases of suspected fraud.

Offer

  • Eligible participants will receive a 50% off discount code (the “Discount Code”) for use against any single ‘Send’ booking made via the InPost app for deliveries to an InPost Locker or Shop (the “Service”) during the Offer Period (defined below).
  • The Discount Code is single use and limited to one Discount Code per user. Should you request a refund for your booking, the Discount Code originally applied will not be reissued or replaced.

How to Redeem

  • To redeem the Discount Code, the eligible participants must enter the Discount Code at checkout when purchasing the Service via the InPost app or the web.
  • The Discount Code is valid for use from 2pm on 25th February 2026 until 5pm on 14th March 2026 (the “Offer Period”).
  • Once the Service purchase has been made using the Discount Code, you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to send your parcel.
  • Any Discount Code not used prior to expiration of the Offer Period will expire and may not be used.

Exclusions

  • The Discount Code cannot be used in respect of any ‘Send’ deliveries to home addresses.
  • The Discount Code cannot be used in conjunction with any offer or promotions.
  • The Discount Code does not apply to the cost of any enhanced coverage purchased when using the Service.

General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and / or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and, by continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision, eligible participants shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
  • This Promotion and the associated terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
