• Open the InPost app, head to the Locker, and skip the screen tapping altogether with remote opening. Yep – just click a button in the app and your compartment pops right open. 

• Grab your order and go. (Coffee still warm, mood still great.) 

It’s quick, secure, and means you can collect on your terms – whether it’s 7am before the school run or 10pm after your spin class.

But what about Returns? Even easier. 

Because sometimes that shirt isn’t quite the shade of “sunset coral” you imagined. No problem: 

• Start your return online with your retailer 

• Choose InPost as your drop-off option 

• Get your QR code, scan it at the Locker (or use the app for remote opening), pop your parcel in, shut the door, and… done. 

No need to print labels, queue in shops, or explain to anyone why you’re sending it back. We don’t judge.
