When you buy a label (QR code) with InPost, you can choose to send it to any InPost Locker or Shop, or directly to a home address. No need to check the scales, our pricing is based on size, not on weight (our limit is 15KG). You can use absolutely any of our lockers/ shops to drop your parcels off – just make sure you check there is enough space for the parcel size you’ve bought.

📥 Picking up a parcel 

1. Get a notification that your parcel has arrived. 

2. Swing by the locker whenever it suits you - morning, noon, or midnight snack run. Just make sure it's within 3 days.

3. Scan your code, enter your collection code OR give our remote opening feature a try from the app.

4. Door opens like magic. Parcel acquired. Victory achieved.
