One locker door, all your parcels: a guide to multiparcel collection
Got a few parcels heading to the same InPost Locker? Lucky you. And even luckier: if they arrive around the same time, we may group them together in one locker compartment.
That means one trip to your locker, one QR code and one satisfying parcel haul. 📦📦📦
One QR code. All your parcels. One pickup.
When multiple parcels are grouped together, you only need one collection QR code to collect them all.
We’ll send your QR code by email, text or in the InPost app. Just head to your locker, scan your code and the compartment will open, ready for your parcel haul.
No rummaging through your inbox for different codes. No opening the locker five times. Just one QR code, one door and all your parcels.
Good to know: if your parcels are grouped together, you don’t need a separate QR code for each one.
But you don’t have to wait for the whole gang
Prefer to grab your parcels as they arrive? Go for it.
You can collect each parcel individually as soon as it’s ready, using the collection details we send you. So whether you’re a collect-it-all-at-once person or a parcel-by-parcel person, you’re covered.
Why are my parcels in the same locker?
If you’ve got multiple parcels arriving within around 28 hours of each other, we may group them together in the same locker compartment - freeing up space for your fellow InPostees.
We’ll let you know when your parcels are ready to collect. Then it’s totally up to you:
- Wait for the whole gang and collect everything in one go
- Or collect as they arrive and get your hands on each parcel sooner
If your parcels are grouped together, anything that arrived first can safely wait for you while the others catch up.
One important thing: multiparcel is for collections only
Multiparcel collection is all about making picking up multiple parcels from your locker a little easier.
Dropping off parcels? It’s one parcel per locker compartment. Even if you’re sending multiple parcels to the same place, each parcel needs its own locker compartment when you drop it off.
So, for collections: one compartment can hold multiple parcels.
For sending: one parcel, one compartment.
How do I collect my parcels?
It’s pretty simple:
- Collect as they arrive: Use the collection details we send you to pick up each parcel when it’s ready.
- Or wait and collect together: If your parcels have been grouped into one compartment, wait until they’re all ready if you’d rather make one trip.
- Head to your InPost Locker.
- Scan your collection QR code or use remote opening in the InPost app.
- Open the compartment and grab your parcels.
And that’s it. One QR code is all you need to collect multiple parcels from the same compartment.
How long do I have to collect them?
You’ve got 72 hours (three days) to collect your parcels.
If multiple parcels are grouped together, your 72-hour collection window starts when the last parcel arrives in the locker and we let you know everything is ready.
But remember, you don’t need to wait for the last parcel to arrive. If you want to collect the others as they land, you can.
We’ll also send you a reminder when you’ve got 24 hours left to collect. After that, any parcels still waiting will be returned to the seller.
Can't make it to the locker?
No problem. You can share your collection details with a friend or family member so they can collect for you.
Because sometimes your parcel posse needs a designated collector. And that’s what siblings are for, right?
So, whether you’re collecting one parcel or a whole parcel party, InPost has got you covered. One QR code, one locker compartment and one less thing to faff around with.
