If your home delivery is eligible, you can redirect it to an InPost Locker or InPost Shop while it's making its way to you. 

That means no racing home, no waiting around and no wondering if you've missed the driver. Simply collect your parcel when it suits you. 

Here's how 

1. Open the InPost app 
2. Select your parcel 
3. Tap Manage my parcel 
4. Choose Redirect to a Locker or Shop 
5. Pick your preferred location 
6. Confirm your choice 

We'll take care of the rest.

A few handy things to know 

Can I redirect every parcel? 

Parcel redirection is available on eligible home delivery parcels, so you won't always see the option. If it's available, it'll appear in the app. 

When can I redirect? 

From the moment your parcel appears in tracking right up until it's out for delivery. 

We'll even send you a handy notification when parcel management becomes available. 

Can I change my preferences? 

Absolutely. 

Moving house? Found a locker that's even closer? Made peace with the neighbours? 

You can update your saved preferences at any time in the app.
