1. Purple and yellow are the ‘it girls’ this year. It’s always fun to have a little pop of colour in your life (even if you’re usually a monochrome kind of person), so look out for flairs of violet and bright yellow if you’re wanting to turn some heads.
2. Fringe is making a massive return! Although it can sometimes bring connotations of cowboys and questionable fashion choices from years past, keep your eyes peeled for nice fringed accessories to make you stand out from the crowd.
3. Let’s talk cargo pants. Cargo has been back on the radar for a little while now, but it shows no sign of going away anytime soon. Embrace the baggy lifestyle and make sure you’ve got at least one trusty pair of cargo trousers in the wardrobe.
4. Gorpcore, looks like it’s also here to stay. A fusion of practicality meeting fashion, gorpcore allows one to dress nicely and stay warm, incorporating different items of outerwear. Perfect for those early 2023 months, if you ask us.
5. Lace seems to have taken the fancy of many designers on the runway in recent months. Perhaps you might want to get thinking about how you can incorporate the fabric over outfits you already own, or go out and buy a cool lacy item.
