Just head to our returns portal, or check out your retailer’s website, and we’ll take it from there. The best part? You don’t even need to print out a returns label. We’ll send a QR code directly to your mobile; all you need to do is scan it at the locker and drop your parcel into a compartment.
Send a parcel
It’s true. You don’t need to spend your lunch break queuing in a line to send a parcel any more. You can now do this at the station on your way into work, when you’re off to the gym, or when you’re picking up the weekly food shop.
Collect a parcel
Our couriers will drop your parcel off at your chosen locker, and you’ll get a text and an email with a QR code. When you’re ready to pick up your package, head over to the locker and scan the QR code from your phone. The relevant locker door will pop open, and you’re good to go!
