If multiple parcels are ready for you around the same time, we may put them together in one locker compartment. That means less faffing around and one easy collection.
One QR code. All your parcels. One pickup.
You only need one collection QR code to collect all your parcels.
If multiple parcels are grouped together, we’ll send your collection QR code by email, text, or in the InPost app. Use that one QR code to open the locker and collect everything inside.
No hunting through your emails for different codes. No opening the locker again and again when your parcels are grouped together. Just one QR code, one door, all your parcels.
Good to know: You don’t need a separate QR code for each parcel when they’re grouped together.
But you don’t have to wait for all your parcels to arrive. If you’d rather grab each parcel as it lands, you can. Simply collect it using the collection details we send you.
Why are my parcels in the same locker?
If you’ve got multiple parcels arriving within around 28 hours of each other, we may put them together in the same locker compartment.
We’ll let you know when your parcels are ready to collect. You can either wait until they’re all together and collect them in one go, or collect parcels individually as they arrive.
If your parcels are grouped together, parcels that arrived a little earlier can wait safely for you while the rest catch up.
How do I collect my parcels?
It’s easy:
- Collect as they arrive: Use the collection details we send you to pick up each parcel when it’s ready.
- Or wait and collect together: If your parcels have been grouped into one compartment, you can wait until they’re all ready.
- Head to your InPost Locker.
- Scan your collection QR code or use remote opening in the app.
- The compartment will open and you can collect your parcels.
One QR code is all you need to collect multiple parcels from the same compartment.
How long do I have to collect them?
You’ve got 72 hours (three days) to collect your parcels.
If you’ve got multiple parcels grouped together, your 72-hour collection window starts when the last parcel is in the locker, and we let you know that everything is ready to pick up.
You don’t have to wait until the last parcel arrives to collect the others. If you want to pick up parcels as they arrive, you can.
We’ll send you a reminder when you’ve got 24 hours left. After that, any parcels that haven’t been collected will be returned to the seller.
Not going to make it? You can share your collection details with a friend or family member so they can collect for you. That’s what siblings are for, right?

Marketplaces & online orders
First thing’s first, report it to the store or marketplace you bought it from. They’ll be able to send you a refund, if you’re entitled to one. We’re happy to help and look into things for you, too – but you’ll need to report it to the store or marketplace first, so they can launch an investigation with us.
