If you're unable to print your label and need a digital alternative, you will need to cancel your order and ask your buyer to select a different delivery option. Currently, all our home delivery services need a printed label. If you want to use a digital label your buyer will need to choose a pick-up point delivery.

If you're sending with Vinted and need to change your label, you will need to contact Vinted.
