Sending with InPost
1. Buy your QR code in the app or online.
2. Find a locker or shop with available space (you can check this in the app map).
3. Drop off your parcel:
- At a locker: Scan your QR code and place your parcel in the compartment.
- At a shop: Show your QR code to a staff member and hand over your parcel.
Most lockers are open 24/7, so you can drop off whenever it suits you.
Returning with InPost
Returning is just as simple:1. Follow your retailer’s return instructions to get your QR code.2. Head to any locker or shop with space available.3. Scan your QR code at the locker or show it to a staff member in-store, then hand over your parcel.
