I didn't receive my collection code
If you have the InPost App
Your pick-up details will be available in the app. Go to Tracking → Receiving to see your parcel info.
You can use Remote Opening to collect your parcel. The app will open the locker for you, no PIN or QR code needed - of course, you can use these if you prefer.
You'll also receive an email from us with all your collection deets - check your junk folder if you didn't hear anything..
If you don’t have the app
You’ll receive your collection code by email and SMS. We send the SMS to the phone number you gave to the retailer or marketplace, so it’s always a good idea to check your account details are up to date. If you haven’t received an email, make sure you check your spam or junk mail folders.
