My parcel has been lost or damaged - what happens?

If you bought your label through the InPost app:

If something goes wrong and it’s InPost’s fault, we’ll automatically cover you for free up to £50.If your item is worth more than £50, you can upgrade to full-value compensation (up to £500) when you buy your label in the app for extra peace of mind. Some items aren't eligible for compensation, so it's a good idea to read our full list here.

If you bought your label through Vinted, a retailer, or another third party:

You’ll need to reach out directly to them. They’ll be able to help you with any claims or questions about compensation.
