Parcel lockers are self-service, secure, convenient spots that make online shopping a breeze. Say goodbye to missed deliveries and hello to convenience. Lockers are here to simplify your life and keep your packages safe and sound.

How do I get my code?
First things first, how are you using InPost?
Redirect your Yodel by InPost parcels
Send your home deliveries to an InPost Locker and forget missed deliveries. Your parcel stays safe and secure until you’re ready to collect it - whenever it suits you. Just update your delivery preferences and relax.
Selling on Vinted
On Vinted you can choose a QR code or a printable label. You can find this in the Vinted app, and you'll receive a copy to your email.
Returning
If you're returning an item to a retailer and choose InPost as your return option on their website, we'll send a QR code directly to your email

We'll ping you
As soon as your parcel lands, we’ll drop you an email - and if you’ve got our app (which we recommend), you’ll get a handy notification too. We'll send you a QR code & a collection code which is all you need to pick up your parcel.
Lock(er) & roll
If you're collecting from a locker, just scan your QR code on the screen - or make life even easier and pop it open straight from the app.
3 days to go go go
Please remember to pick up your parcel within 3 days.
If you're not around, we strongly recommend sharing your details with a friend or family member (that's what little brothers are for, right?).
We'll have to return it to the sender if you don't grab it in time.

What size compartment should I use?
- Extra small lockers (4cm x 23cm x 40cm) – Suits envelopes or bite-sized parcels (please note that not all our lockers have XS compartments)
Small lockers (8cm x 38cm x 64cm) – Perfect for items like sunglasses or small accessories
Medium lockers (19cm x 38cm x 64cm) – Great for shoes, cookbooks, or handbags
Large lockers (41cm x 38cm x 64cm) – Ideal for boots, sports equipment, or bulkier items
What if the compartment is the wrong size?
If the compartment size you selected is too big or too small, don’t worry - there’s no need to force your parcel to fit.
Simply close the compartment door without placing your parcel inside and tap 'My parcel doesn't fit' on the locker screen. You’ll then be able to choose a different compartment size.
