From 17 July, Yodel by InPost will officially become InPost, bringing everything together under one name.
As InPost, you'll continue to enjoy the services you know, with even more ways to send, return and collect – on your terms.

What this means for you
You’ll start seeing some fresh updates on the Yodel by InPost website and app as we roll out InPost Lockers as a delivery option for Yodel by InPost customers. More convenience? Yes please.
New delivery choices
If you’re a Yodel by InPost customer, say hello to InPost Lockers in your ‘Manage my parcel’ options! If your parcel qualifies, you’ll be able to redirect it to a Locker near you - perfect if you're not going to be home.
You’ll start hearing from us too
When your parcel’s heading to an InPost Locker, you’ll get handy emails and notifications from InPost to keep you in the loop - with everything you need to know, straight to your inbox or app. You can track your locker-bound parcel in the InPost app too.
What’s staying the same
Your Yodel by InPost home and store deliveries? Business as usual. Same friendly faces, same top-notch customer service, and the same tracking tools you already use.
What do you need to do?
From 17th July, Yodel by InPost web accounts will no longer be available
You’ll need to download the InPost app to keep your saved preferences and continue managing your parcels.
