Simply sign in using the same phone number linked to your Yodel by InPost account and we’ll automatically bring over your account preferences so you can get started straight away.
Top tips for migrating your account
- Check your addresses: Make sure your home address and safe place details are up to date, and while you’re there, why not try our new locker delivery preference?
- Update your contact details: Double-check your email address and add a mobile number if you haven’t already. It’ll help keep everything running smoothly.
- Get the latest Yodel by InPost app: Be sure to use the newest version of the app so you’ll know exactly when it’s time to make the move.
- Switch notifications on: Stay in the loop with updates, reminders and important migration info.
Your preferences move with you
When you log into the InPost app with the same phone number used for your Yodel by InPost account, we’ll automatically transfer your saved preferences.
As Yodel by InPost web accounts are being phased out, downloading the InPost app is how you can keep your preferences, manage deliveries, and continue using your account without interruption.
That means less setup, less hassle, and a smoother experience from day one.
