Get this parcel started
24 Aug 2026
Sending a birthday present? Posting something to a friend? Or simply refusing to haul that massive box onto the train? Whatever you’re sending, InPost Send makes getting it from A to B a doddle.
Whatever the reason, InPost Send makes sending parcels seriously simple.
No printer. No queue. No faffing about with labels. Just create your digital label, pop your parcel into an InPost Locker or hand it over at an InPost Shop, and let us take it from there. Plus, our parcel prices don't break the bank.
So, why send with InPost?
💸 Keep an eye on the price, not the scales
With InPost, the price is based on the size of your parcel, rather than its weight. Sending to an InPost Locker or Shop starts from £1.99, while home delivery starts from £2.89.
And parcels can weigh up to 15kg, so there’s plenty of room for everything from smaller bits and bobs to bulkier boxes.
📱 Your phone does the paperwork
Forget hunting down a printer or wondering where you put that last roll of sticky labels.
When you send with InPost, your digital label comes as a QR code. Create it in the InPost app or online, and you’re ready to roll.
🔓 Send when it suits you
Got a parcel ready to go at 11pm? No problem. Most InPost Lockers are available 24/7, so you can drop off your parcel when it works for you. On your way to work? While you’re doing the food shop? Sunday life admin? Parcel, meet locker.
📍 Send it your way
Sending to another InPost Locker or Shop? Easy.
Sending straight to someone’s home? Also easy.
You can choose where your parcel is headed when you create your digital label, then drop it off at any InPost Locker or Shop with space.
OK, how does it actually work?
Glad you asked. It’s basically buy, scan, drop, done.
1. Get your digital label
Open the InPost app or head online and choose Send.
Enter where your parcel needs to go, choose the size you need and create your digital label. You’ll get a QR code - no printer required.
Pro tip: make sure your parcel fits the size you’ve selected before you head to the locker. If it doesn't fit, you'll need to cancel your label and buy another size.
2. Pack it up, pack it in
Give your parcel a good, secure package-up. Nobody wants a box that’s decided to become an open-plan parcel halfway there.
Once it’s packed and ready, you’re good to go.
3. Find an InPost Point
Head to any InPost Locker or Shop with space. You can check locker availability in the InPost app or online before you leave, including which compartment sizes are available.
4. Scan, drop, lock
At a locker, scan your QR code, pop your parcel into the compartment, close the door and hit Finish.
That’s it. Parcel officially started.
At an InPost Shop, simply show your QR code to the shopkeeper and hand over your parcel.
5. Track to the future
Once your parcel is on its way, you can keep an eye on it with InPost tracking, so you know where it is and when it’s reached its destination.
And that’s your parcel sent
No printer. No postage queue. No wondering whether you’ve stuck the label on upside down.
Just create your QR code, pack your parcel, scan and drop.
So next time you’ve got something that needs sending, don’t put it off until it becomes another thing on the list.
Let’s get this parcel started. 🚀
