How to use InPost 

1. Choose InPost delivery 

When you’re shopping online, choose "click & collect" delivery at the checkout and find a locker or shop that works for you, whether it's by your home or next to where you pick up your groceries. 

2. Pop to your chosen point 

When your parcel arrives, we’ll send you a notification to let you know when it’s delivery day. Scan the QR code we send you at the locker or open the door remotely in our app (which is super fun btw). If you're using a shop just show your QR code to a staff member. You can also check your parcel’s whereabouts on our website. 

3. Skip off into the sunset 

You and your parcel can be together, at last. We hope you love it, if not you can always check out our super simple returns service.
