A nod to our history

For those of you who’ve been with InPost over the years, you might remember that we used to accept printed Evri labels at some of our lockers. But as we continue to focus on improving our services, we’ve made some changes. From 26th February 2025, we’ll no longer support Evri parcels in our lockers or shops - allowing us to fully dedicate ourselves to making InPost deliveries better than ever!

How to use our parcel lockers

We’ve designed our lockers to make sure that sending your parcels is stress-free. Here’s how it all works:

  1. Prep your parcel  Be sure to package your items securely. If a parcel isn’t properly packed, our couriers won’t be able to deliver it. This is because parcels often travel long distances on automated belts and are sorted by machines. To avoid any damage during the journey, make sure your parcels are well-wrapped and protected.
  2. Find a locker  Check on our website or the app to see if there’s available space. Our lockers can fill up quickly, so while we’re working on adding more, please make sure there’s room for your parcel before heading out.
  3. Scan, tap & go  When you’re at the parcel lockers, simply scan your barcode and tap the screen to choose the size compartment you need. Once the locker door pops open, place your parcel inside and close the door. That’s it, you’re done!

Thanks for reading, we hope that decodes all things InPost and Evri! 💛📦
