How InPost works with Evri

For years now InPost has been working with Evri to deliver you your parcels. The way we work with them has evolved so we’re here to clear up everything you need to know today. Being inspired by the 2024 Olympian we’re going to break it down like Raygun.

Can you use InPost for an Evri parcel?

Yes, you can – but there are some conditions!

InPost can accept Evri parcels, but only if they have a printed barcode. If you’ve got a digital QR code or a label that needs to be printed at a store, unfortunately, we can’t accept those. So, make sure your label is ready to go before you head to one of our lockers or shops.

Which InPost Lockers or Shops accept Evri parcels?

Not all of our lockers will be equipped to accept Evri parcels. But don’t worry, you can find a full list of InPost Lockers & Shops that accept Evri parcels on the Evri site here.

A little heads up: our busiest lockers are currently reserved for InPost parcels only. We’re working hard around the clock to add more lockers, but for now, InPost deliveries get priority at our most popular locations which is why it’s important that you check ahead.

Can you ship an InPost parcel with Evri?

Nope – Evri shops won’t accept InPost parcels, so you’ll need to stick with InPost Lockers and Shops for those. Check our website to find an InPost point that works for you.

Which barcode do you scan?

We appreciate that Evri labels have two codes on them so here is an example of what to expect. When you’re at our lockers or shops, please scan the barcode at the bottom of the label, this will have a code starting with H- (see image below).

A nod to our history

For those of you who have been using InPost over the past few years, you might remember that we used to accept all Evri parcels without any limitations. But as our partnership has evolved, so have our services. While we’re delighted to still offer support to Evri parcels, we’re focusing on improving our services.

How to use our parcel lockers

We’ve designed our lockers to make sure that sending your parcels is stress-free. Here’s how it all works:

  1. Prep your parcel  Be sure to package your items securely. If a parcel isn’t properly packed, our couriers won’t be able to deliver it. This is because parcels often travel long distances on automated belts and are sorted by machines. To avoid any damage during the journey, make sure your parcels are well-wrapped and protected.

  2.

  3. Find a locker  Before using an InPost Locker for your Evri parcel, double-check that the locker accepts Evri by clicking here. After confirming that your locker accepts Evri parcels, you can also check on our website or the app to see if there’s available space. Our lockers can fill up quickly, so while we’re working on adding more, please make sure there’s room for your parcel before heading out.

  4. Scan, tap & go  When you’re at the parcel lockers, simply scan your barcode and tap the screen to choose the size compartment you need. Once the locker door pops open, place your parcel inside and close the door. That’s it, you’re done!

Thanks for reading, we hope that decodes all things InPost and Evri! 💛📦
