XS compartments for extra small surprises 

Did you know that InPost Lockers now feature XS compartments? These are the perfect size for sending smaller gifts like envelopes, paperback books, small accessories, or festive trinkets. Measuring just 4x23x40cm, these compartments are designed with your bite-sized parcels in mind. 

If you’re unsure whether your parcel will fit, don’t worry! There’s no need to jam your parcels in, if the XS size turns out to be too small, our system has you covered. Simply tap the screen on the locker and select “My parcel doesn’t fit” to change your compartment size. 

At the locker just close the compartment door without your parcel inside and tap the button below: 

Drop off your parcels by December 18th 

Santa’s sleigh may have magic, but for InPost deliveries to make it under the tree in time, we need to make sure our elves (couriers) have enough time. To ensure your parcels arrive by Christmas Day, please drop them off by Monday, December 18th. This way, your gifts will have plenty of time to make their way to their destinations, bringing festive cheer just in time.

🎁 Returning your items 

Sometimes, the jumper isn’t quite your style or the gift idea didn’t hit the mark or maybe your Black Friday treat was a disaster. No worries - InPost makes holiday returns as simple. 

1. Create your QR code: Start your return with your retailer and select InPost as your return option. We’ll email you an email in a flash. 

2. Check for space: Before heading out, make sure there’s room at your chosen locker. Some locations are super popular as Santa’s sleigh stops, so checking availability will make sure there’s space for your parcel. 

3. Scan your code: At the locker, hold your phone about 15cm from the scanner with the brightness up. Pick the smallest compartment your parcel fits into. Only big compartments left? No problem - use one without any extra cost. 

4. Drop off your parcel: When the locker door pops open, pop your parcel inside and close the door.  

5. Track your return: That’s it! Follow your parcel's journey via the app or our Tracking page while you sip on some mulled wine. 🍷 

🎅 Collecting your orders 

Avoid the hassle of “We missed you” delivery cards this Christmas! With InPost, your gifts and parcels are waiting safely for you, no matter how busy your holiday schedule gets. 🎄 

Here’s how to collect with ease: 

1. Choose InPost delivery: While shopping for gifts online, select InPost at checkout under “click & collect.” Choose a locker near your home, office, or favourite Christmas market. 

2. Collect when it suits you: Once your parcel arrives, we’ll send you a QR code. Pop over to the locker, scan the code, or open the door remotely using our app.  

3. Holiday cheer delivered: Your parcel is ready to go home with you—unwrap the magic whenever you’re ready! 🎁 And if it’s not quite right, don’t worry—you can return it with us, too.
