Check before you head out 

Before making the journey, it's worth checking whether your chosen locker has space available. 

It's super easy to do:

• Or, even better, download the InPost app to see available lockers wherever you are. 

A quick check means you can head straight to a locker that's ready and waiting for your parcel. 

The app makes life easier

Here's a little favour you can do for the whole InPost community. 

Locker space becomes available when customers collect their parcels. The sooner parcels are picked up, the sooner those compartments can be used by someone else sending or receiving. 

So if you've had a notification saying your parcel has arrived, try to collect it as soon as you can. Not only will you get your goodies sooner, you'll also help keep lockers moving for everyone else. 

It's a win-win. 

No locker space nearby? Try an InPost Shop. 

If your nearest locker happens to be full, don't worry - you've still got options. 

Thousands of InPost Shops across the UK can accept your parcel too, making it easy to drop off your send without waiting for locker space to free up.
