We’re teaming up with Vinted to make sending and receiving your pre-loved finds even easier. And we’ve got two big updates to share: 

• 📍 You can now send and receive Vinted parcels to and from Northern Ireland with InPost
• 🖨️ Sending a Vinted parcel by home delivery can now be print-free. If you’re a seller, you can choose to use a QR code instead of printing a label. Prefer to print? No problem – that’s still an option too

So, whether you’re clearing out your wardrobe, hunting for your next bargain or doing both at once, here’s everything you need to know. 

Selling on Vinted with InPost 

Sold something? Lovely stuff. Now it’s time to get your parcel moving. 

When you sell an item on Vinted and choose InPost, you’ll get a code in the Vinted app, with a copy sent to your email too. 

What happens next depends on where your buyer has chosen to receive their parcel. 

Sending to an InPost Locker or Shop 

If your buyer has chosen an InPost Locker or Shop, you can send your parcel without printing a label. 

Simply use the QR code from your Vinted app at the locker or shop. Scan, pop your parcel in and you’re done. 

Prefer to print? You can still choose to print a label if that works better for you. 

Sending by home delivery 

Here’s the big one: home delivery can now be print-free too. 🎉 

When your buyer chooses home delivery, you get to pick how you want to send your parcel: 

• Go print-free: use your QR code and skip the printer altogether. 

• Print a label: if you’d rather print, cut and attach a label, you can do that too. 

So whether you’re a proud printer owner or someone who considers the printer a decorative household object, you’re covered. 

With the print-free option, simply scan your QR code when you drop off your parcel. Our courier will add the label when they collect it. 

Sending Vinted parcels to Northern Ireland 

Got a Vinted sale heading across the Irish Sea? We’ve got you. 

InPost now lets you send and receive Vinted parcels to and from Northern Ireland.📦 

That means more opportunities to find a new home for your pre-loved pieces – and more Vinted treasures making their way to you. 

Ready to send? 

Once you’ve got your Vinted code, it’s as easy as: 

1. Pack up your parcel 
2. Check your code 
3. Head to an InPost Locker or Shop 
4. Scan and send

2. Check your code 

Your Vinted app will tell you what you need to do with your parcel. If you’re going print-free, keep your QR code handy – there’s no need to reach for the printer. 

3. Head to an InPost Locker or Shop 

Pop along to your chosen InPost Locker or Shop and get ready to send. 

If you’re using a locker, you can check the InPost app first to see what compartment sizes are available. No room? You can always find your nearest InPost Shop. 

4. Scan and send 

Scan your QR code, pop your parcel in the compartment and close the door. Parcel = sent. 🎉 

You can keep an eye on your parcel using the InPost app, too. 

Buying on Vinted with InPost 

Now for the fun bit: receiving your Vinted finds. 

When you’re buying on Vinted, you can choose InPost at checkout and select the delivery option that suits you. 

Collect from an InPost Locker or Shop 

Choose Ship to pick-up point and select 24/7 InPost Locker | Shop Pick-up from the delivery options. 

Then choose a Locker or Shop that works for you – whether that’s near home, work, your favourite coffee spot or somewhere you pass regularly. 

When your parcel arrives, we’ll let you know. You’ll get your collection details and can head over when you’re ready. 

Just remember: you’ve got 3 days to collect your parcel. 

Can’t make it? No drama. You can share your collection details with a friend or family member so they can collect it for you. 

Getting your Vinted parcel by home delivery 

If home delivery is more your thing, you can choose that at checkout too. 

And now that sellers can send home-delivery parcels print-free, there’s one less thing standing between your Vinted find and your front door. 📦
