  • Monday – Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

  • Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm

  • Sunday: Closed

Here's what you can do:

Collect your parcels

Got a parcel heading your way? You can redirect eligible home deliveries to our depot using Manage My Parcel in the app or on the tracking page.

We'll also bring your parcel here if we're unable to deliver it after three attempts, so you can still collect it when it suits you.

Send your parcels

Sending something? Easy.

Drop off your returns or parcels with a Send code purchased through InPost, and we'll take care of the rest.

How parcel collection works

Manage My Parcel

If you've got a home delivery on the way, you can use Manage My Parcel in the app or on the tracking page to redirect it to the depot for collection

Go to the depot

Once your parcel arrives, we'll send you an email and app notification to let you know it's ready. Show your QR code or collection code to a member of the team, and we'll grab your parcel for you.

Get your code

  1. Buy a digital label with InPost.
  2. Returning an item? Check your retailer's return instructions and have your return code ready before you visit.

Drop it like it's hot

Bring your parcel to the depot, show your code to a member of the team, hand it over, and you're done.

We'll take it from there.
