How do I return with InPost?

Returning a parcel with InPost is super easy! Just check your store’s return instructions and follow the steps to get your QR code. Then, head to any locker or shop with space available (check here).

  • At a locker? Scan your QR code, pop your parcel inside, and you’re done!
  • At a shop? Show your QR code to a staff member, and they’ll scan it before you hand over your parcel.

No need to print a label - just scan your QR code, and our couriers will take care of the rest.

Remember to pack all your return items into one parcel and please only use one compartment per parcel.
