If your parcel hasn’t updated on tracking for 48 hours, have no fear. Occasionally they can get a little bit delayed – but we usually get things moving again within 24 hours. If there’s been no update for 72 hours, then feel free to get in touch with our Customer Care team and they’ll do some digging.

Returning

Returns parcels should be back with the retailer within 5 working days, safe and sound. But some stores may take a little bit longer to let you know they’ve got it and process your return. Feel free to get in touch with them if you’ve got any questions about your refund.

Sending

If you're sending a parcel to an InPost Locker or Shop then it should arrive within 3 working days. If you're sending a parcel to a home address then it should arrive within 4 working days. You can keep an eye on your parcel's journey using our handy tracking page.

Collecting

Delivery time will vary depending on which store you've bought from. Keep tabs on your parcel's progress by downloading the app.

Our couriers visit our lockers every day to pick-up and drop-off parcels – but if there’s a road closure or something going on that’s outside of our control, it can occasionally be a bit tricky. If your parcel hasn’t been picked up on the same day or the following one, we usually get things moving again within another 24 hours.

Sadly not. If you won't be able to collect your parcel, then we recommend sharing the collection code with a friend or family member (that’s what little brothers are for, right?) so they can pick it up for you.

If you have the InPost App

Your pick-up details will be available in the app. Go to Tracking → Receiving to see your parcel info.

You can use Remote Opening to collect your parcel. The app will open the locker for you, no PIN or QR code needed - of course, you can use these if you prefer.

You'll also receive an email from us with all your collection deets - check your junk folder if you didn't hear anything.

If you don’t have the app

You’ll receive your collection code by email and SMS. We send the SMS to the phone number you gave to the retailer or marketplace, so it’s always a good idea to check your account details are up to date. If you haven’t received an email, make sure you check your spam or junk mail folders.

Still stuck?

If you still need a hand, get in touch with our Customer Care team – they’re a friendly bunch.

Marketplace & Returns parcels The locker will give you the option to select your compartment size on the screen. Please pop your parcel in the smallest compartment size available that your parcel comfortably fits in - never force it in! If only medium or large ones are free, no worries - you can use one of those without any extra charges. Just check the app to see what's available.

Sending with the InPost app If you've bought a digital label from the InPost app you will have already chosen your compartment size. This means the compartment will open right away, and you won't be able to change it at the locker. If you've picked a parcel that's too small, you'll need to cancel your label in the app and purchase a new one.
