1. Check locker availability: Before you head to your local locker, make sure you check that there’s space for your parcel

Enabling notifications is a small step that makes a big difference. Here’s why: 

• Be the first to know: get real-time updates on your package status. No more wondering where your parcel is. 

• Prompt pickups: receive alerts when your parcel is ready for pickup. This ensures you grab it before it gets returned to the sender. 

• Hear first: keep up with new and improved features across our app, make sure you opt in to hear about the latest updates 

How to enable notifications 

Make sure you’re set up, so you never miss another delivery update. Here’s how you can enable notifications on the InPost app: 

• Download the app: First things first, if you haven’t downloaded the app yet, head over to the App Store or Google Play Store and get it installed 

• Head to settings: Once you’re in, tap on the menu icon (the three lines in the top left) to open the “settings” 

• Click notifications: If it says “disabled” tap “notifications” and this will take you to your phone’s notification centre, make to turn on “allow notifications” 

• Enable notifications: Toggle the switch to turn on notifications. You might get a prompt asking for permission to send notifications - make sure to allow it. 

And voila! You’re all set. 🎉
