3. Track it: Stay updated with real-time tracking in our app until your return reaches the retailer. 

No printer? No problem! All our returns are print-free, meaning less hassle for you. 

Top tips for a stress-free festive season 

• Plan ahead: Lockers are popular during Christmas - pick up your parcels promptly to free up space for others. You have 3 days in total, if you can’t make it then share your collection details with a friend or family. 

• Check before you drop: If you’re dropping off a parcel, please use our handy availability checker in the app. This will tell you if there is space for your XS / S / M & L parcels.
