We'll ping you
As soon as your parcel lands, we’ll drop you an email - and if you’ve got our app (which we recommend), you’ll get a handy notification too. We'll send you a QR code & a collection code which is all you need to pick up your parcel.
Lock(er) & roll
If you're collecting from a locker, just scan your QR code on the screen - or make life even easier and pop the compartment door open straight from the app.
3 days to go go go
If you're not around, we strongly recommend sharing your details with a friend or family member (that's what little brothers are for, right?).

Returns made easy
No need to print anything to return your parcel with InPost, all our returns are labelless. Once you've let Very know you'll be returning with us, we'll ping you an email with the QR code you need - this will open the locker.

Here's how to use an InPost Locker to store your parcel
Scan
Scan your QR code at the locker under the screen
Tap
Select the size of the compartment you need
Pop
The door will open for you to place your parcel inside
Shut
Shut the door and press "I'm finished" on the screen
Remember, 1 parcel per compartment!
Please only put one parcel in each locker compartment. Check for space before you head to lockers.

More helpIt’s now quicker than EVER to collect parcels from lockers. You don’t need to use the locker screen, you can just open the compartment from the app.
How does it work?
1) We'll ping you when your parcel has landed in the locker
2) Go to the locker and when you’re approaching it *, follow the steps below
3) On the Track screen, tap the parcel you’re collecting
4) Tap the purple ‘Open Locker Remotely’ button
5) The compartment will pop open automatically. Yay!
*To use remote opening, you need to be within 10 metres of the locker
Our app now lets you to check locker availability and see what size compartments are free, all before you’ve left the house. If a locker is full it will suggest alternatives near to you. Check our 'Find a locker' section. You can also check live availability on our website, but compartment sizes won't display here.
Returning
Returns parcels should be back with the retailer within 5 working days, safe and sound. But some stores may take a little bit longer to let you know they’ve got it and process your return. Feel free to get in touch with them if you’ve got any questions about your refund.
Sending
If you're sending a parcel to an InPost Locker or Shop then it should arrive within 3 working days. If you're sending a parcel to a home address then it should arrive within 4 working days. You can keep an eye on your parcel's journey using our handy tracking page.
Collecting
Delivery time will vary depending on which store you've bought from. Keep tabs on your parcel's progress by downloading the app.
Sadly not. If you won't be able to collect your parcel, then we recommend sharing the collection code with a friend or family member (that’s what little brothers are for, right?) so they can pick it up for you.
Marketplaces & online orders
First thing’s first, report it to the store or marketplace you bought it from. They’ll be able to send you a refund, if you’re entitled to one. We’re happy to help and look into things for you, too – but you’ll need to report it to the store or marketplace first, so they can launch an investigation with us.

Our largest lockers can fit parcels that are up to 41cm x 38 cm x 64cm – and the maximum weight we accept is 15kg. To avoid any stuck parcels or damaged doors, please don’t try to force your parcel in if it’s a bit too snug.
