Pick up your parcel after your big night out? Go for it. 

Many of our lockers are outdoors and open 24/7, so you're in control of when you collect. No waiting in. Just a quick scan, pop goes the door, and you're on your way. 

Once your parcel arrives, you've got 3 days to pick it up, giving you plenty of flexibility. 

Home delivery, your way  

Sometimes, home is exactly where you want your parcel to be. 

That's why we also offer InPost Home Delivery, bringing your parcels straight to your doorstep. 

Even better? If you've got the InPost app, you'll enjoy a couple of handy extras: 

• A 2-hour delivery ETA, so you know when to expect us. 

• A confirmation photo showing where your parcel has been left, giving you extra peace of mind when it's delivered.

Returns without the faff  

Returning something? We've kept the drama out of that too. 

Most returns are print-free, so there's no hunting for a printer. Simply generate your return, we'll send you a QR code by email, then head to your nearest InPost Locker or Shop. 

Scan. Drop. Done.
