There is no minimum parcel weight, whilst the maximum weight is 15 kg per item.

It is forbidden to include the following items in a delivery:

  • money
  • security papers
  • valuable items (antiques, art, etc.)
  • weapons, ammunition and other explosive or flammable materials, which could cause health or life risks, as well as material damages
  • narcotics and psychoactive substances
  • articles with excessively short shelf life or requiring special transport conditions
  • animals and plants
  • as well as any other items, which transport is forbidden in accordance with statutory law.

Parcels are delivered to InPost Parcel Lockers throughout the day Monday - Friday

You can send multiple parcels to a locker terminal, however each parcel requires its own booking and label. If you are dropping off your parcels at an InPost locker, you must only place ONE parcel in each compartment of the locker terminal. If your parcels are being collected by our carrier, all parcels will go into separate compartments within the locker terminal.

All items which are not against the law, or are not prohibited by InPost’s internal regulations. List of prohibited items is available in the Terms & Conditions section.

The parcel must not succeed the weight limit (maximum 15kg) and maximum size (38 x38 x64), and must be packaged suitably for shipment.

No, we will use the contact details supplied when your purchase from the retailer. The two systems will be integrated, all we need is your email address and mobile phone number.

When your parcel is placed into the InPost Parcel Locker you will receive a notification by a text message and / or an email. This message will contain your parcel’s number, the InPost Parcel Locker address and a unique code required to collect the parcel. You will receive a numerical code which you can enter manually and a QR code which you can scan at the locker terminal. Using the QR code allows you to collect your parcel in seconds!

Your parcel will be stored in an InPost locker for 3 days. 72 hours from the moment you receive your message / email notification.

5.

After the second working day (48 hours) from the moment the parcel is delivered to the InPost Parcel Locker you will receive a text message and an email notification reminding you that you only have 24 hours left to collect you delivery.

6.

Parcels are stored in the InPost Parcel Locker for a period of 3 days, after this items are returned to the sender. The sender covers the cost of the return.

7.

The person you entrust the parcel will need both the opening code received by text message / email and your mobile number. In this case you carry full responsibility for supplying the message details to a third party, who will collect the parcel in your name.

You can track your parcel using the track your parcel's journey link located on our home page. Simply enter your parcel number/s included in your text message / email notification.

Standard delivery is next working day after dispatch. You can follow your parcel's journey via our online tracker located on the homepage.

QR codes are computer generated squared images with information inside. QR codes can be read by your mobile phone or by dedicated machine readers.

When collecting your parcel, scan your QR code via your mobile or print out your email confirmation. The parcel lockers reads the code from data from inside the QR code and opens the correct locker compartment.

Booking:

Select the most convenient delivery method for you. Either drop off your parcel at an InPost locker to be delivered to your recipient, or have your delivery collected by our carrier and delivered to an InPost Parcel Locker for your recipient to collect at a time and place convenient for them.

Before booking ensure you have the recipients email address and mobile phone number.

Select your parcel size and weight.

Print and attached your label ensuring your barcode is clearly displayed.

Depending on your chosen delivery method, await courier collection or take your parcel to your local InPost Parcel Locker.

Funds from the account are charged once the parcel shipping label has been created.

Price is dependent on parcel size and weight. If you are integrated with InPost, this will be based upon the volume of parcels dispatched each month.

If the recipient does not collect their parcel within three days of their first delivery notification, the parcel will be returned to sender who will be charged an amount equivalent to the return fee.

Parcels are stored in the InPost Parcel Lockers for a period of 3 days. If not collected within this period, deliveries will be returned to the sender.

InPost Parcel Lockers are a solid steel construction with CCTV, secure locks and bollards, located in well-lit, urban locations.

Customers are provided with a unique ‘once-only’ collection code for each individual collection. The system will confirm when the collection has been made by the customer and the retailer will receive a confirmation.

When the parcel has arrived at the locker, the customer will receive a text message and email containing their unique opening code, QR code and the location of their chosen InPost Parcel Locker.

At the locker terminal, the customer can either scan their QR code or manually type in their mobile number and unique opening code into the touchscreen. The compartment door will then automatically open allowing the customer to retrieve their parcel. They are then able to print a receipt at the terminal or have this emailed directly to them. The collection process only takes seconds, making InPost a quick and convenient delivery option!

Yes InPost Parcel Lockers is able to work with you to provide your customers with a simple Returns service. Customers just need to attach a Returns label enclosed by you or generated online, then drop off their parcel at their local InPost 24/7 Parcel Locker at a time convenient for them. Location surface and its preparation

InPost Parcel Lockers weighs 2.5 tonnes, which is why it is particularly important to ensure the locker stands on a stable, even surface. The maximum allowable difference of surface level between the highest and the lowest points cannot exceed 8cm; this is the range of built-in adjustable feet. After set up, the parcel locker must be properly levelled. If the surface beneath the machine is not hard, we would use concrete slabs.

Power source

InPost Parcel Locker 24/7 requires a standard power grid connection, 230 V AC and frequency of 50 Hz. The machine requires between 100 and 1000 VA, depending on the working conditions (temperature, humidity).

In addition to the above requirements, please observe the following installation parameters:
