So you're a seller?
Here are your handy checkpoints for sending a parcel with InPost to your buyer
To print or not to print?
If you choose a digital label, simply use the QR code that Vinted give you – no printing or sticky labels required. If you choose a printable label, you’ll need to print, cut out and stick the label Vinted gives you to your parcel. Need more deets? Check out our help page.
Double-check before you drop
Some of our lockers are pretty popular, so have a quick look at availability on our ‘find a locker’ page before you pop down. If your local one is looking busy, we’ll suggest some handy alternatives.
Pop down at weekends
You might find that your nearest lockers have a bit more free space at weekends, so try adding your parcel drop-off to your Sunday life admin list

24/7 InPost Locker | Shop Pick-up
For parcels heading to an InPost locker or shop, you’ve got two options. You can select a printable label (which you’ll need to print at home and attach to the parcel) or a digital label (which is a QR code that you scan at the locker – then all you need to do is pop the parcel inside and leave the label to us).
InPost Home Delivery
For parcels being delivered to someone’s house, you’ve got one option – print a label at home and attach it to the parcel. We can’t create digital labels for home deliveries just yet.
You should receive an email and a text with your collection code. If you haven’t received an email, make sure you check your spam or junk mail folders. We send the SMS to the phone number you gave to the retailer or marketplace, so it's always a good idea to check your account details are up to date.
If you have the InPost App, then your pick-up information will also be available there. Go to 'Parcel Tracking' and tap the 'Pick up' tab to see your parcel deets. If you still need a hand, get in touch with our Customer Care team – they’re a friendly bunch.
Once your parcel has been delivered to your locker, we’ll send you your collection code and instructions via email and text.
