To print or not to print?

If you choose a digital label, simply use the QR code that Vinted give you – no printing or sticky labels required. If you choose a printable label, you’ll need to print, cut out and stick the label Vinted gives you to your parcel. Need more deets? Check out our help page.

Getting your collection code

If you’ve chosen to collect your parcel from a locker or shop, you’ll get a notification (from us and Vinted) when it’s ready for you – but your collection codes will come from us via email and through our app.

Track its every move

Want to keep an eye on your parcel? Head to our tracking page. You’ll just need your parcel number handy (sent to you in the Vinted app and via email from us once your parcel’s on the way).

3 days to go-go-go

You have three days to pick up your orders. We’ll send you a reminder when there are 24 hours left – and send it back to the seller if it’s not collected on time. Don't miss out on items, and remember that your Vinted rating might be affected!

Firstly, check which option your buyer has chosen:

24/7 InPost Locker | Shop Pick-up

For parcels heading to an InPost locker or shop, you’ve got two options. You can select a printable label (which you’ll need to print at home and attach to the parcel) or a digital label (which is a QR code that you scan at the locker – then all you need to do is pop the parcel inside and leave the label to us).

InPost Home Delivery

For parcels being delivered to someone’s house, you’ve got one option – print a label at home and attach it to the parcel. We can’t create digital labels for home deliveries just yet.

If you use our InPost App, your pick-up information will be available there. Go to ‘Parcel Tracking’ and tab the ‘Pick up’ tab to see your parcel deets. You will also receive an email with your collection code so make sure you check your spam or junk mail if you don’t see anything from us.  

If you don’t use our app, you will receive an email and a text from us with your collection code. We send the SMS to the phone number you gave to the retailer or marketplace, so it’s always a good idea to check your account details are up to date. If you haven’t received an email, make sure you check your spam or junk mail folders.  

We’ll send your collection instructions via our app and by email when your parcel arrives in the locker. Keep an eye out for this, as you won’t find them on the Vinted app. To pick it you can show your QR code or give them the tracking number and collection code.

Yes - it's now possible to drop off your Send or Return parcels at InPost Shops.

All you need to do is edit your postage settings on the Vinted app. Visit Profile > Settings > Postage and switch on "InPost Home Delivery" and "24/7 InPost Locker | Shop Pick Up" – easy peasy.
