How to send your parcel
Buy a digital label and drop off your parcel at an InPost Point, anytime, anywhere. From your locker to their locker or home address.

Gone are the days of shady printing in the office... To send your parcel, simply create a digital label (this is a QR code).
Head to the Send page, choose the parcel size you need and fill out the details of where it needs to go. You can send your parcel to any InPost Locker or Shop, or to a home address.
Cover made easy
When you buy a label, you're automatically covered up to £50, but you’ll have the option to upgrade to full-value compensation for items worth up to £500. This gives you extra peace of mind in case of loss or damage.
Just make sure your parcel is properly packaged - you can check out our packaging guide below. Some items aren't eligible for compensation, so it's a good idea to read our full list below, too.

Once you’ve got your QR code, you’re all set. Drop off your parcel at any InPost Locker or Shop that’s convenient for you - anytime, anywhere.
Most of our lockers are open 24/7, just make sure there is space at the locker for your parcel size. You can do this on our lockers page.

Sending to an InPost Locker or Shop:
- Small – £1.99
- Medium – £2.59
- Large – £3.99
Sending to a home address:
- Small – £2.89
- Medium – £3.99
- Large – £5.99
If the compartment size you selected is too big or too small, don’t worry - there’s no need to force your parcel to fit. Close the compartment door without placing your parcel inside and tap 'My parcel doesn't fit' on the locker screen. You'll need to cancel it through the app and purchase a new one with the correct size also through the app. We'll refund your cancelled and unused labels.
To send your parcel, simply create a digital label in the InPost app (this is a QR code).
Head to the "Send" tab, choose the parcel size you need and fill out the details of where it needs to go. Double-check that your parcel fits the size of the compartment you’re selecting, as you won’t be able to change it from the locker.
You can send your parcel to any InPost Locker or Shop, or to a home address.
Once you've bought your digital label, you have 30 days to drop off your parcel. You can use any of our lockers or shops with space - you can check the map section in the app for availability.
If you don't drop off your parcel before the 30 days are up we'll cancel the label and you'll receive a refund.
Your recipient will have 3 days to pick up from when the parcel arrives at the locker or shop. We'll send them notifications so they know it's ready to collect.
